High heel running is a relatively new sport that combines running with the use of high heels.This new sport requires specially designed shoes made for safety while running in high heeled shoes. The physical benefits of the sport include improved hamstrings and core strength, improved posture and coordination, enhanced overall fitness, and an increase in confidence.
